We take an innovative and creative approach to our work and are at the forefront of new and best practice in communications, marketing, and stakeholder and customer service.Duties of the RoleAn exciting opportunity is available in our dynamic Marketing and Student recruitment team for a talented and committed marketing professional. You will work closely with colleagues from across the University to ensure that the distinctiveness of an Essex Education is communicated to key audiences and that the Essex spirit of challenging conventions underpins everything we do. Among your responsibilities will be the implementation of undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment marketing plans, producing key recruitment publications and a variety of online and print promotional material campaigns and producing HTML campaigns.Skills and Qualifications requiredThe successful candidate will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent level qualification, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience of producing online and offline marketing materials and an interest in and knowledge of current issues in the Higher Education sector. You will also be required to have sound administrative skills, a keen interest in current marketing practices and developments and experience of dealing with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.At the University of Essex internationalism is central to who we are and what we do.
