The School of Law are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Education Team, to provide high quality and efficient administrative, student services and academic support.
Based in the School's General Office, this role holder will act as the first point of contact for students, academic colleagues and visitors, and will be responsible for providing a high quality service to undergraduate, postgraduate taught, and research students in the School. It is intended that during 2016-17 the individual will act as primary contact for all first year undergraduate students, and this an exciting opportunity to have a positive impact on the experience of these new students.
The duties of the post are varied and wide-ranging, and the post holder will have the opportunity to work independently as well as part of the wider team.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, high level interpersonal skills, a flexible approach to work, and a commitment to excellent customer service and student experience.
This is a permanent, full-time post based at our Colchester Campus.
