THE PROJECT
The University of Essex in partnership with The Finishing Line Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to a graduate with the relevant skills and knowledge to deploy the latest research in innovation to drive diversification into initially the e-commerce domain facilitating rapid growth. This will involve applying advanced management theory to assess company culture, change readiness and developing strategies for accessing new markets.
This post is fixed term for 26 months and is based at The Finishing Line Ltd’s offices in Basildon.
