The University of Essex is seeking a CRM Specialist to develop and support their Microsoft Dynamics CRM system used across core business functions including student marketing and recruitment, student services and business engagement. Also involved in integrating CRM with a variety of existing core University systems as part of a number of high profile development projects, the successful candidate will have proven experience in the management and technical administration of a modern CRM system together with knowledge and experience of SQL query programming, the .NET framework using C# and/or a modern software development environment. They will be self-motivated, have excellent English written and oral communications skills and be able to effectively communicate technical information to a wide ranging audience.
The successful candidate will need to have an honours degree or equivalent level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
The post is based at the Colchester campus. Travel to other campuses at Southend and Loughton may be required.
