This is an opportunity to help shape the development and delivery of our examinations. The role combines project support for new ways of delivering exams with hands-on work to support the organisation and running of examinations.
You will co-ordinate a number of strands of activity as part of a project to manage changes in the University’s delivery of exams. This will involve creating and maintaining project documentation and action logs; and supporting project workstreams, including leading on specific project tasks. You will also co-ordinate key activities to support the planning and delivery of exams.
You will have relevant experience in both project work and service delivery. This role will provide you with the opportunity to use your strong organisational skills to support delivery of the project, and the planning and organisation of our examinations. You will have excellent communication and IT skills, and will be confident to lead on areas of project work and to take responsibility for aspects of the running of our examinations. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation with a commitment to supporting our students’ success.
This post is fixed-term until 31 October 2024 to cover a specific project.
