Duties of the Role
The Academic Services Administrator is responsible for providing high quality professional support services to programme directors and other academic staff at the Essex Business School Colchester Campus and will be expected to work in accordance with the School’s principles, values and behaviours.
The Academic Services Administrator will provide administration services in relation to courses, modules, assessment and student records and will support the work of the administration team as a whole. They will contribute to effective communication and engagement within a culture of strong partnership working with academic staff and integrated cross-campus working within the School. They will also contribute to a culture of excellence in service delivery, sharing of best practice and continuous improvement in academic services.

Qualifications and Skills required
We would like an individual who is proactive, with exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills to join our team.
You will be an excellent communicator and will thrive on working in a busy environment and will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with both academic and professional services colleagues. You will have proven, extensive administrative experience in a challenging and complex role along with excellent IT skills.
