The Student Services department is here to ensure that students at Essex experience a kick ass membership and have access to high quality Venues, Retail Offerings, Events, Catering outlets and an SU run Lettings Department. They are supported by the Premises Department who oversee maintenance and cleaning. No two days in the department are the same and the department embraces the Work Hard, Play Hard ethos. It is a fast paced, dynamic and challenging department that consistently strives to deliver its vital stats to ensure students at Essex have the best time while here.
Reporting to the Deputy and Lettings Manager you will be the first point of contact for everyone using the SU Homes Ltd Service. You will be responsible for ensuring that a first class customer service experience is received by students and landlords alike with effective administration of the business, maintaining the relevant systems, and helping to provide quality advice and service to landlords and customers. Carrying out viewings, inspections, and associated administration.
