We require an additional Administration Officer to co-ordinate and administer the allocation of students to University residences, ensuring maximum occupancy throughout the year.
The post-holder, in conjunction with the existing Administration Officer, will also undertake a variety of administrative and systems-based tasks including producing reports, updating procedures, liaising with other departments within the University and assisting in system enhancements.
Experience and Skills required
You will have experience in administration, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally, and accurately inputting, managing and reporting from data held within a large database.
You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to use IT to communicate electronically, to enter data accurately and to maintain records.
