Department Communications and External Relations
Duties of the Role
The purpose for this role is to provide administrative support to a dedicated team within Communications and External Relations and work on the University’s visitor reception and main switchboard.
Daily duties will include, but not limited to, the following;
Skills and qualifications required
In order to be successful, you will have relevant administrative experience, together with experience of Microsoft Office and prioritising workloads.
You will have Excellent administrative, organisational and customer service skills. The ability to communicate effectively and work well independently, and as a wider team, is essential.
