ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The facilities department makes sure all of our venues and outlets are always looking amazing as well as our staff areas.
In doing this we create amazing spaces for our students to enjoy day to day life on campus. Our venues and outlets are wide and varied from a Nightclub to a Post Office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll be heading up the facilities team, you need to be excellent at planning the day ahead and keeping ahead of the game.You will also get involved in making sure our venues are kept clean to the highest standards.
This role will include the following tasks but not limited to
This role starts at 5am with an hour break. You will be expected to work weekends on a 5 out of 7 working week.

Evidence of previous experience working in a related field
Experience of administrative processes and systems management
Able to evidence delivery of an excellent customer service to a wide range of stakeholders

Working knowledge of MS Office

ROLE SPEC
Experience with rotaing staff on a weekly basis
Able to manage and order stock
Experience with managing staff and assigning duties at the start of shifts
Experience in a cleaning role
Ability to work with cleaning machinery
