SU Advice is a small, dedicated team on a mission to support our members across all our campuses with any issues that may affect them during their studies. SU Advice is a confidential, independent and impartial service offering advice and guidance on many different subjects including academic processes and procedures, representation at University meetings (such as Student Conduct or Academic Offences), Housing, Student Visa extensions, Consumer issues and Welfare support. Our focus is to provide a Kick Ass service that benefits all our members and supports their journey through University life.
Reporting to the Head of SU Advice, you will be responsible for the provision of advice and relevant support to our members. You will manage your own case-load, create and maintain relevant case records and statistics, and assist with the running of the SU Advice services, campaigns and events throughout the year. You will also assist with the development and supervision of student staff and volunteers.

Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail

Knowledge of Student Route Immigration regulations and applications
