An exciting opportunity is available in our Marketing and Student Recruitment team for a talented and committed professional. You will work closely with colleagues from across the University to ensure that our customer relationship management (CRM) system allows us to communicate effectively with key audiences. Marketing and Student Recruitment is part of the University’s Communications and External Relations section.
Communications and External Relations brings together the main areas involved in leading the University's strategic positioning and profile. Engaging with students, staff and stakeholders we promote the University's excellence in research and education, and ensure its profile is communicated in a consistent way. We take an innovative and creative approach to our work and are at the forefront of new and best practice in communications, marketing, and stakeholder and customer service.
Duties of the Role
You will work closely with colleagues from across the University to ensure that our customer relationship management (CRM) system allows us to communicate effectively with key audiences. Among your responsibilities will be the development of the University’s CRM activity for the Marketing and Student Recruitment team, internal CRM training and stakeholder engagement, and the coordination of the CRM-reliant aspects of our integrated marketing campaigns.
Skills and qualifications required
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You should have experience of working with CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamics CRM), as well as experience of dealing with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. In addition, you should be resilient, flexible and adaptable.
