INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY
The University of Essex celebrates diversity, challenges inequality and is committed to establishing an environment that is free from any form of harassment or bullying. All employees, workers, contractors, students and visitors are expected to be treated, and to treat each other, with dignity and respect. Harassment and bullying adversely affect working, learning and social conditions and visitors and are unacceptable. The University has a zero tolerance approach to instances of harassment and bullying. Zero tolerance means that (i) we will take action and (ii) the action will be proportionate to the circumstances of the case.
To support this approach, we are looking to recruit new Harassment Support Workers. These are voluntary positions, open to internal applicants only. Please note that approval from your Line Manager will be required for you to undertake this role.
