UECS - Event EssexEvent Essex promotes and manages residential and non-residential conference business on campus all year round. During the summer months of July, August and September, the residential accommodation is available to conferences and groups of all kinds, ranging from language schools, exhibitions and sports events to business and academic conferences and seminars for 20 to 500 delegates.We are now seeking to appoint six Conference Receptionists within the conference office of Event Essex. Duties of the RoleConferences Receptionists will work effectively within a team to ensure the needs of clients are met promptly, accurately and courteously. You will be required to liaise with conference delegates, organisers and internal departments to provide information for clients and answer queries.
