This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a busy and challenging environment which includes a 120 cover banqueting and conference facilities, an 80 cover Brasserie and the Edge Hotel School.
The Role and DutiesThe purpose of this post is to provide an efficient and professional Front of House service within agreed guidelines.
The main duties will include responding to enquiries, taking reservations and checking guests in and out. At times, you will also be required to help mentor and coach Edge Hotel School students to ensure they maximise their training in Front of House.
Qualifications and SkillsApplicants will ideally have previous experience in a similar position. Previous experience within the hospitality industry is essential and you will need to be highly organised with a smart and professional demeanour. You will need to be IT literate and have experience of working with booking systems.
