Knowledgeable about all our products and services that we offer at Essex Sport, the Membership Administrator role plays a pivotal role in providing support to the Sport Administration Supervisor and other Essex Sport staff to deliver a high-quality service for our increasing membership base.
Duties of the Role
UECS Essex Sport are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Membership Administrator. You will be responsible for processing and monitoring of memberships (direct debit, salary deduction and online), enhancing our communication with members and prospective members, providing reports and analysis of membership trends and retention levels, as well as assisting with Leisure Management System (Gladstone) configuration.
Skills and qualifications required
The successful candidate will have experience of computerised booking systems, the AUDDIS & Direct Debit process and excellent customer service skills with accurate word-processing skills and experience of working with Microsoft Suite.
