The Admissions team is responsible for the efficient and effective processing of applications for undergraduate and postgraduate study.
Duties of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the University’s central Admissions operation - a team that works quickly and efficiently in a constantly changing environment. This role helps ensure that our admissions technical systems are robust, efficient, and effective in this more competitive and digital environment. The Admissions Technical Assistant will support the delivery of high-level customer service, in line with the University’s commitment to provide a strong and positive applicant experience - by ensuring that technical issues are reported and successfully resolved and by contributing to the continual improvement and development of the admissions systems.
Skills and qualifications required
The Admissions Technical Officer must have the ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail. They also need the ability to manage multiple tasks and to prioritise effectively. They should have experience of using databases and/or online systems, and an understanding of how technology can be used to support the efficient delivery of business processes.
