Duties of the Role
Soft FM Services are seeking an individual to provide a professional first point of contact service to our customers and to provide Soft FM managers with a high standard of administration and customer service to enable them to work efficiently.
Skills and qualifications required
The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience together high level of demonstrable IT competency and good standard of education including 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C), or equivalent, in English Language and Mathematics. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing, a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently with a methodical approach, discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
