The Role and DutiesWe are looking for an Education Developer to join us on a permanent basis in our Organisational Development team (OD). You will be working in partnership with colleagues across academic departments and professional services as we deliver our Education Strategy. A large part of the role is to provide support and consultancy to academic colleagues that complement their curriculum planning, design and delivery. You will support our successful professional development framework (CADENZA), and will take a lead role in sharing innovative education practice.
Qualifications and skills requiredThe ability to understand the perspectives of others and to work collaboratively in finding innovative approaches will be essential for this role. An honours degree (or equivalent level of experience and a postgraduate qualification in learning and teaching (or equivalent level of experience) are essential requirements of this role.
