The Student Engagement department is on a mission to listen and respond to members needs and create opportunities for members to get involved with creating new activities and events, ensuring that we truly benefit everyone studying at Essex, regardless of age, gender, nationality, religion, sexuality or anything else.
Reporting to the Deputy Student Engagement Manager and working within a team of Student Engagement Coordinators you will build and support student-led communities that allow members to come together to make positive change happen throughout the SU. You will also help deliver and support key SU projects, events and activities that engage students and help them get the most out of their time at Essex.

Experience of the Higher Education Environment

Experience of supporting, motivating and developing volunteers, including feedback
