The Role and DutiesWe are looking for a professional and effective Senior Administrative Assistant to join our International Services Team within the Academic Registrar's Office, focussing on supporting the team in ensuring the University's adherence to Tier 4 of the Points Based Immigration System and delivering high quality services to students holding Tier 4 visas. This role will be pivotal in delivering processes and procedures in keeping with the University's Tier 4 Sponsor Status, working closely with colleagues in support of this.
This post has become available as a result of maternity leave and will be available for up to one year.
Qualifications and Skills RequiredThe successful candidate will have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to respond positively to rapid change as well as demonstrating supportive and exceptional interpersonal and administrative skills. You will be confident working with multiple electronic systems and able to contribute positively to systems development based on the needs of the service and Home Office requirements. At least 5 GCSE passes (minimum Grade C) including English language and Mathematics at Grade B, (or equivalent) are essential.
