Research and Enterprise Office
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Research and Enterprise Office for a Student Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Manager to join the Essex Startups Team. This role will help lead/create an engaging and innovative approach to enterprise education at the University of Essex. The post will support the development of a growing enterprise and entrepreneurship culture at the university and focus on raising the profile among the student body by developing a range of curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular events, activities and opportunities.
The successful post holder will be able to demonstrate their proven experience of developing enterprising and entrepreneurial ecosystems that engage, inspire, and motivate students, graduates, and other stakeholders, to take action on their ideas and support growth of this activity. This will include working to create a lively and energetic co-working space, StudioX, on our Colchester Campus, while supporting students on our Southend and Loughton Campuses to pursue their entrepreneurial ambitions.
