The Role and DutiesThis is an 11 month fixed term post covering a secondment, helping us to develop and enhance the operational support services we provide. Our team of administrative professionals provide support to the delivery of a wide range of specialist advice services for our students and colleagues across the University. You will be managing enquiries, providing information and initial responses, as well delivering high quality administrative and process support for the functions and projects managed by our Student Support teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
Qualifications and skills requiredYou will have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to respond positively to rapid change as well as demonstrating supportive and effective interpersonal and administrative skills and the ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
You will have an ability to establish positive working relationships across teams and with a wide range of colleagues.
5 GCSEs (grades A-C) or equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics are essential.
