Duties of the Role
Soft FM Services are seeking an individual to provide a professional first point of contact service to our customers and to provide Soft FM managers with a high standard of administration to enable them to work efficiently.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following;
As part of this role, the successful candidate will be required to work outside of the normal working pattern, including weekends, to accommodate University key events such as Arrivals Days and Open Days.
Skills and qualifications required
The successful candidate with have proven administrative experience together with experience of working in a customer focused environment. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently with a methodical approach.
The candidate will have a high level of IT competency with the ability to use Microsoft Office suite, especially for Outlook, Excel and Word. The ability to act with discretion and to maintain confidentiality, is an essential requirement for this post.
