This project is intended to facilitate the sharing of expertise between ESNEFT and the University of Essex. As part of its portfolio of industry and public sector collaborations, the University aims to help businesses and public organisations to improve their services and productivity by making better use of the knowledge, technology and skills within the institution.
THE PROJECT
The University of Essex in partnership with ESNEFT offers an exciting opportunity to a graduate with the relevant skills and knowledge to develop a novel intelligent simulation and modelling capability, built upon a data engine and machine learning algorithms, to assist with resource allocation and strategic planning with the aim of reducing patient waiting times. This post is fixed term for 24 months and is based at ESNEFT’s offices in Colchester.

East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (Villa 10 Ground Floor, Turner Road Colchester Essex CO4 5JL). Most of the team combines working from home with visits to the office but there is the expectation of visiting ESNEFT offices a day a week.
