We are looking to recruit a Lecturer, Senior Lecturer or Reader to our School of Health and Social Care.
You will be working in Health and Social Care and/or Health Services Research. We especially encourage candidates with a clinical qualification and/or background / experience and interest in Health Services Research, Clinical Rehabilitation, Implementation Science, Health Leadership and Management, Speech, Language and Communication Sciences/Disorders, Quality Improvement, Clinical Neuropsychology, and Mental Health.The purpose of this post will be to take an active part in the delivery and development of health and social care programmes in the School and to conduct high quality research and contribute to the School’s research profile.
About you
You will have a relevant doctoral level degree or equivalent professional experience or practice (or be close to completion of PhD for Lecturer level) and experience of (sustained record for Senior Lecturer/Reader) designing and planning learning activities (modules, programmes of study, etc.), developing effective learning environments (face-to-face and/or virtual) and approaches to student support and guidance.
You will have evidence of a clear publication plan for submission to future Research Excellence Framework (REF) programmes, evidence of a research agenda, engagement in high-quality research activity and a developing research profile.
