Research and Enterprise Office
The REO is an Administrative Section within the University’s Professional Services. The Director of the REO reports to the Registrar and Secretary of the University. The REO supports the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) and the Faculty Executive Deans in the development and implementation of the University’s Research Strategy.
The REO delivers services to the University’s academic community to support a range of research, impact and knowledge exchange activities and also contributes to a wide range of business engagement activities and facilitates the delivery of services to business as well as to the wider economic community.
Duties of the Role

The focus of the role will be to increase and enhance the level of University-business engagement with a clear and measurable return on investment (ROI).
Skills and Qualifications required
You will have a keen interest in design, digital marketing, advertising and the ability to translate complex notions to a lay audience. You will also enjoy working as part of a team, and help support an active event portfolio, particularly with regards to the design and execution of event collateral.
A professional qualification in marketing/communications or substantial equivalent experience and the ability to interpret complex research into a narrative which promotes commercial value is essential.
